Company Overview
At Greenstorm, we’re accelerating the UK’s transition to low-carbon homes. We deliver high-quality retrofit and renewable energy programmes that reduce carbon emissions, tackle fuel poverty, and improve comfort for households.
Our mission is simple: to make every home part of the climate solution.
We partner with local authorities, housing associations, and homeowners to design and manage retrofit programmes that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance under PAS 2035. We combine deep technical expertise with a people-first approach- supporting residents throughout the retrofit journey while ensuring long-term performance and value.
As Retrofit Coordinator, you will support the operational delivery of domestic retrofit assessments and technical surveys at scale, with direct responsibility for surveying activity and technical excellence across a national network of retrofit assessors. You will ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant Retrofit Assessments, Loft, Cavity, Solar, and ASHP surveys across multiple schemes.
You will set, maintain, and continuously improve surveying standards- ensuring assessments are technically robust, consistent, and fit for whole-house retrofit decision-making. Working closely with named PAS 2035 Retrofit Coordinators, you will provide technical oversight, challenge, and assurance to ensure schemes are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to a consistently high standard.
This is a delivery role requiring deep technical understanding, strong operational leadership, and a relentless focus on quality, safety, and customer outcomes.
