About the Role: As our Beauty Therapist, you'll play a pivotal role in our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing a variety of beauty treatments, including massages, facials, and other spa services.
- Greeting guests and members on arrival with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Cleaning responsibilities for spa areas
- Completing stock takes and replenishing products
- Handling enquiries both in person and over the phone to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including payment processing and treatment bookings
Requirements:
- Qualified to Level 3 or equivalent with a massage qualification (Essential).
- Must be available during weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis).
- Flexibility in hours is important.
- Prepared to cover annual leave and sickness.
- A friendly, welcoming, and helpful attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Proficient computer literacy.
- Strong organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering fantastic service.
- Has own transport due to location.
