Salary: £61,000 – £66,000

About the Role
As a Team Manager, you will provide effective leadership and management to a team working with adolescents and their families, ensuring high-quality practice and positive outcomes.
We're looking for someone with strong leadership experience within Children's Social Care, who is confident managing complex cases and supporting social workers to deliver excellent practice.
