Pay rate: £13.32 per hour (£27,800.44)
Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (includes some weekends)
Shift times: Structured shifts between 06:30 and 20:00 – so your evenings stay free

As a Chef at RAF Leeming, you’ll join a supportive, experienced team delivering great food to the Armed Forces community. RAF Leeming is one of the RAF's key operational support stations. Combining leadership, customer service and retail expertise, you'll help create a welcoming experience for military personnel, civilian staff and visitors while contributing to the smooth running of a site that supports RAF operations in the UK and overseas.
This role is ideal for early career chefs or those still developing their confidence, offering a structured environment, strong leadership, and genuine opportunities to learn and progress — all with a rare worklife balance for hospitality.
