Weekend Site Cleaner & Operations Assistant (Saturday & Sunday)
Weekend Role – 8 Hours Per Week
Working Hours: Saturday & Sunday, 4 hours per day (8 hours per weekend)
About Us
We are a family-run holiday park that prides itself on providing exceptional accommodation and customer service. Our guests choose us because of the high standards we maintain, the quality of our facilities, and the welcoming experience we create from the moment they arrive.
We have built a fantastic team of caring, hardworking people who genuinely support one another and take pride in what they do. We believe that every member of our team plays an important role in delivering an outstanding guest experience, and we’re looking for someone who shares our values to join us.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and conscientious Weekend Site Cleaner & Operations Assistant to help manage the smooth running of our holiday park every Saturday and Sunday.
This is much more than a cleaning role. You will become the main on-site team member during weekends, ensuring that accommodation is prepared to our exceptionally high standards and that guests receive a seamless experience.
Following a full training programme, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day weekend operation of the site, with the full support of our management team available whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean holiday accommodation to an exceptional standard ready for guest arrivals.
- Prepare and maintain hot tubs, ensuring they are clean, safe and ready for new check-ins.
- Manage guest check-outs and ensure properties are prepared efficiently for incoming guests.
- Monitor the site throughout your shift and report any maintenance issues, guest concerns or incidents.
- Record and communicate any complaints or operational issues accurately.
- Ensure the site is presented to the highest standard at all times.
- Take ownership of the smooth running of the site during weekend operations.
- Work independently while knowing support is always available from the wider team.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who wants to become part of our team rather than simply filling a weekend job.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly reliable and dependable.
- Honest, trustworthy and responsible.
- Able to work independently and make sensible decisions.
- Proud of delivering exceptionally high standards of cleanliness.
- Friendly, approachable and customer-focused.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Physically able to carry out cleaning duties and hot tub maintenance.
- A team player who embraces our company values and family-run culture.
- Someone who genuinely cares about the guest experience.
Training & Support
Full training will be provided. Once you are confident and competent in the role, you will become responsible for the weekend operation of the site. Although you’ll work independently, you will always have the support of our experienced management team should you need assistance.
Reliability Matters
This is a key operational role within our business. Our weekend guests expect a high-quality experience, and the smooth running of the site depends on this position being carried out reliably every weekend.
For this reason, an excellent attendance record and a high level of commitment are essential. Reliability is one of the most important qualities we are looking for, as failure to fulfil the role can directly affect our guests’ experience and the successful operation of the business.
Why Join Us?
- Join a friendly, supportive family-run business.
- Become part of a caring and hardworking team.
- Full training provided.
- Varied role with responsibility and independence.
- Opportunity to make a genuine difference to our guests’ experience.
- Work in a beautiful holiday park environment where high standards and teamwork are genuinely valued.
