Southgarth is looking for a Breakfast Assistant, Saturday & Sunday 730-1130, this can be every weekend or weekend on/off
This role will include interaction with our residents, this isn't all about making cups of tea and bowls of cornflakes, its understanding dementia, understanding your resident's dietary needs, this role is in the dining area with the residents, this is not a kitchen based job
Sense of humour, lively active person, willing to undertake training, a willingness to be part of a team, show empathy and understanding, patience and utmost you have to want to work in a care home that provides emotional and physical support to our residents, some of whom are living with dementia
