Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily freight operations, shipment workflows, and logistics coordination
- Oversee team performance, service standards, reporting, and operational planning
- Coordinate with clients, carriers, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
- Monitor delivery timelines, shipment updates, documentation accuracy, and service quality
- Develop process improvements to strengthen efficiency, reliability, and client satisfaction
- Support staff development, training, task planning, and performance monitoring
- Prepare senior-level reports, service updates, and operational recommendations
- Ensure activities follow company procedures, timelines, and service expectations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in freight operations, logistics management, transport coordination, supply chain operations, or service delivery
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with carriers, suppliers, logistics partners, business clients, or service teams is an advantage

Pay: £86,000.00-£102,000.00 per year
