Aims of the post:
The Teaching Assistant will provide high-quality, consistent support to learners aged 11 – 16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The role focuses on supporting pupils to access learning, regulate emotions, and engage positively in school life within a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
The post-holder will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to build strong relationships, promote independence, and support learners to achieve their personal, social, and academic potential.
