Industrial Recruitment Services Ltd (IRS) are urgently recruiting Production Operatives to join their clients based in Willenhall. Our client are a family run business and part of a larger group, they are the market leaders in their respective business.
We are seeking Production Packing Operatives to join the team on full-time contracts with long-term opportunities.
Candidates will be required to work at the end of the production lines, Loading products onto the Production Line. Candidates will be required to load the line and follow instructions in a sequence to ensure the products are manufactured correctly.
Candidates will be required to load parts up to 20KG
Position will be a clean environment so there is no dirty work involved, once the line has been operated you will be required to pack and label products and wrap ready for despatch.
Role will require attention to detail as products will change throughout the day.
ALL BREAKS Paid - 30 Minute Lunch and x2 15 minute breaks.
We have the following shifts available
Alternating shifts Monday to Friday 0600-1400 and then rotation Monday to Thursday 1.30pm-10pm and Fridays 1pm-7pm.
Fixed Nightshifts Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am (x40 hours Paid per week)
