We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who can resolve technical issues support end users and help maintain reliable day to day IT operations across our client and internal environments.
You will work closely with users systems teams and service colleagues to diagnose problems manage support requests and ensure technology issues are handled clearly efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide first and second line support for hardware software user account network and application related issues.
Incident Resolution: Investigate technical problems identify root causes and resolve incidents within agreed service expectations.
User Support: Assist employees and clients with day to day technology issues and explain solutions in clear straightforward language.
Device Management: Support the setup configuration maintenance and troubleshooting of laptops desktops peripherals and mobile devices.
Microsoft 365 Support: Assist with user accounts permissions email collaboration tools and common Microsoft 365 applications.
Systems Administration: Support routine user administration password management access permissions software deployment and system updates.
Ticket Management: Record prioritise and update support requests accurately and ensure users receive appropriate progress updates.
Technical Documentation: Maintain clear support notes setup guides troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base information.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in IT support service desk technical support desktop support or a closely related role.
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Windows environments Microsoft 365 user administration hardware troubleshooting networking fundamentals and common business applications.
Problem Solving: Able to investigate technical issues methodically identify likely causes and implement practical solutions.
Customer Service: Comfortable supporting users with different levels of technical knowledge while maintaining a professional and helpful approach.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
Organisation: Able to manage multiple support requests prioritise urgent issues and maintain accurate records throughout the working day.
Tools: Experience with ticketing systems remote support tools endpoint management platforms or IT service management systems is preferred.
Mindset: You are patient dependable and solution focused. You take ownership of technical problems communicate clearly with users and stay organised while working through multiple support requests.
Pay: £2,800.00-£3,400.00 per month
