We are looking for an experienced Senior HCA or HCA with potential to step up, that is passionate about delivering high standards of care in a person centred manner.
You will be responsible to the Registered manager and Care manager, for leading the care team on shift, giving out medications in a safe and secure manner, and liaising with families and medical professionals as needed, along with delivering high standards of care to our residents.
