Linsco Recruitment requires a Bathroom Fitter to work on social housing properties around Shrewsbury.
Role Responsibilities:
- Installing and fitting bathrooms in occupied council properties
- Carrying out bathroom rip-outs and installations
- Completing second-fix carpentry and associated works
- Installing sanitaryware, baths, showers, toilets and sinks
- Completing minor plumbing repairs and alterations
- Undertaking tiling, patch plastering and making-good works
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Providing a professional and high standard of customer service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bathroom Fitter
- Experience working on social housing or maintenance projects preferred
- Competent in plumbing, tiling, carpentry and general bathroom installation
- Relevant qualifications/cards where required
- Full PPE
- Own tools
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Ability to start immediately
