The River Ale House is an award winning Micro-pub in Greenwich. We have a great community of regular customers and a really close knit team.
We are looking for a couple of exceptional bar staff to join our team.
You will be the face of our business and so great customer service is absolutely crucial. We need people to take ownership of their job, to be able to work in a team and also on your own, depending on the shift. It is crucial that you are able to work fast and efficiently during our busy service periods.
We are looking for people who have a passion for bar work. Being comfortable talking to customers is a must. As we are looking for experienced people to join the team, you will be expected to be able to pick things up quickly. We will provide full training on our processes, but we expect you to know the basics.
As such, we are looking for a minimum of 2 years experience in pubs or restaurants.
Our Rotas are flexible and vary each month, but hours will be between from 4-11 Monday-Thursday, 2-11 Friday, 12-11 Saturday and 1-11 Sunday. Weekend availability is a must, especially for Charlton home matches.
