The ideal candidate must be available to work evenings and weekends. Shifts to be arranged by rota.
Applicants must be available for 1 or more weekend shifts which include the following:
Friday Am and/or PM
Saturday Am and/or PM
Sunday Am
Bar staff are the centre of our business so applicants must be confident and friendly. You will be expected to work alone as well as part ot a team. You should be forward thinking and able to take charge of tasks without supervision.
Job duties include but are not limited too:
-serving food and drinks
-taking bookings and reservations
-using the till system
-inputting data for stock control
-ordering stock from suppliers
-cellar management including changing barrels and line cleans
-general cleaning to ensure a high standard is maintained: cleaning tables and chairs. Cleaning up spills, toilet checks, glass renovation.
-updating social media
-checking emails and voicemails
-reporting directly to landlords.
-opening up and closing down of the pub.
Immediate starts are available. Interview will include a 3 hour trial shift.
