Role Overview
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Front of House / Barista to join our team. The successful candidate will be confident making coffee, providing excellent customer service, and working efficiently during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Operate espresso coffee machines and grinders
- Welcome customers and provide excellent service
- Take orders and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the café and customer areas
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Requirements
- Previous experience operating a coffee machine and making coffee
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible availability, including weekends
