T-Squared Social is a premium dining and social entertainment concept founded by Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake, bringing together exceptional hospitality, sport, entertainment and memorable guest experiences.
We’re looking for a confident, polished and personable Host / Brand Ambassador to join our team in St Andrews.
This role is ideal for someone who truly knows and loves St Andrews—understanding our unique community, our local regulars, and the vibrant mix of visitors who come to town. Because we are a permanent fixture in the community, we are a year-round business. We require our team to provide consistent, continuous support across all calendar seasons, including university term times, the busy summer periods, and the Christmas holidays. Standard holiday allowances apply, but we are looking for permanent, year-round commitment rather than seasonal or term-only availability.
This is more than a traditional hosting role. We’re looking for someone who wants to build their experience within premium hospitality, guest experience and lifestyle venues, with the opportunity to grow alongside an expanding business.
The role
As one of the first faces our guests see, you’ll play a key role in creating the T-Squared Social experience.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Welcoming and engaging with guests, leveraging your local knowledge to make them feel at home.
- Hosting and representing the T-Squared Social brand within the St Andrews community.
- Managing the front door and guest arrivals.
- Answering questions and providing authentic local recommendations.
- Supporting VIP and premium guest experiences.
- Creating a warm, confident and professional atmosphere.
- Working closely with our hospitality team.
- Representing the brand at events and special occasions.
- Supporting the launch of exciting new experiences within the wider business.

Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, events, luxury retail, guest relations or customer experience is desirable, but we’re equally interested in personality, attitude and potential.
The hours
This is primarily an evening position, we’re open to discussing full-time or part-time hours for the right candidate.
The role will include evenings, weekends and busy periods, balanced through a fair rota. In return, you’ll have the chance to be involved in exciting events, new experiences and opportunities to develop within the wider business.
