We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our expanding team.
About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers enquiring about moving their home or office. Your responsibility is to understand each customer's moving requirements, answer their questions professionally, provide suitable solutions, and convert enquiries into confirmed paid bookings.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer enquiries by telephone.
- Contact customers who have requested quotations.
- Understand customers' moving requirements and recommend the most suitable service.
- Build trust and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed paid bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Achieve individual sales and booking targets.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good computer skills.
Working Hours
- Minimum 20 hours per week.
- Additional overtime is available for those wishing to increase their earnings.
Salary & Commission
We offer an attractive commission structure alongside your hourly pay.
- £100 commission for every confirmed customer booking.
- There is no commission cap, meaning your earnings are based on your performance.
Example:
- 1 booking = £100 commission
- 5 bookings in one day = £500 commission
