Tuesday to Saturday with rota Monday 1 per month

Progress Vehicle Management (PVM) is a leading provider of hire vehicles, delivering reliable and professional mobility solutions across England, Wales and Scotland. From our Atherstone branch, we operate nationwide, supporting customers with efficient vehicle delivery and exceptional service.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and professional Driver / Valeter to join our expanding team.
The Role
This is a varied and hands-on position combining vehicle delivery and vehicle preparation. You will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are delivered safely, on time, and presented to the highest standard.
You will represent PVM on the road and at customer locations, so professionalism and customer service are essential.
A Scotland travel bonus is payable for deliveries involving extended travel time.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely deliver and collect hire vehicles across England, Wales and Scotland
- Conduct pre- and post-delivery vehicle inspections
- Complete accurate vehicle condition reports and documentation
- Maintain high presentation standards through cleaning, vacuuming and detailing
- Provide clear and professional handovers to customers
- Ensure compliance with road traffic laws and company policies
- Liaise with the Branch Manager regarding routes, schedules and vehicle readiness
- Report any vehicle defects or issues promptly
- Maintain accurate mileage and fuel records
About You
- Full UK driving licence (clean licence preferred)
- Confident driving long distances nationwide
- Excellent time management and reliability
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Flexible to work occasional weekends or extended hours when required
