Early Years Practitioner
Salary: £12.71 per hour

Why Join Nurtured Childcare?
At Nurtured Childcare, we believe that early years should be full of curiosity, creativity, laughter and unforgettable experiences. Our practitioners play a huge role in helping children feel safe, confident and excited to explore the world around them.
You’ll be fully supported by experienced Room Leaders and Nursery Managers who understand the journey you’re on and are there to help you develop your skills and progress your early years career.
When you join us, you’ll become part of a team where your ideas, personality and passion can help make every day special for the children in our care.
The Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the children in your care and creating an environment where they can learn, explore and flourish.
You’ll be one of the key people your children and their families rely on, building strong relationships and being there to offer guidance, reassurance and plenty of fun along the way.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and deliver care and education to the highest possible standards.
- Create magical learning experiences through play, creativity, singing, exploration and imagination.
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with your key children and their families.
- Encourage and support children to flourish in a stimulating and enabling environment.

- Create a safe, caring and welcoming environment where families feel confident entrusting their children to you.
- Follow all safeguarding policies and procedures and report any concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Continue developing your early years knowledge and qualifications with support from experienced colleagues.
Every day is different, and you never quite know where your next adventure will take you – whether that’s exploring a fantasy world in the garden, singing at the top of your voices or answering the inevitable question of the day… “WHY?”
