The Role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team. You will support children’s learning and development through play, help maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children’s emotional, social, and educational development
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification but will consider an experienced L2
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding procedures, child development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, reliable, and positive attitude
