Overview
We are offering an exciting Pharmacy Apprenticeship programme designed to provide hands-on experience in pharmaceutical services within a professional healthcare environment. Responsibilities
- Assist with dispensing medications accurately under supervision
- Support pharmacy technicians with daily tasks and administrative duties
- Prepare and label prescriptions following established protocols
- Engage with patients to provide basic medication information and guidance
- Maintain accurate records of medication stock levels and expiry dates
- Support the organisation of the pharmacy workspace to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Participate in training sessions to develop knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and patient care procedures
Requirements
- A genuine interest in pharmacy, healthcare, or related fields
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
- Ability to work as part of a team within a busy environment
- Prior experience in pharmacy or healthcare settings is advantageous but not essential
