Bank Support Worker
(Flexible Working Across Children and Young People Services)
We are developing our Bank Staff Team and are looking for dedicated, compassionate Support Workers to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of high-quality services supporting children and young people, including:
- Ofsted registered children’s homes
- Ofsted registered supported accommodation (16 plus)
- CQC regulated mental health and wellbeing services
- An independent school supporting young people with additional needs
We support young people across:
Blackburn, Darwen, Burnley, Bradford, Bacup, Padiham, Longridge, and Todmorden.
This role is ideal if you value flexibility. Whether you are a student, a parent or someone looking for additional hours, Bank Work allows you to choose your shifts while building experience across varied services.
Shift patterns available include:
- Full day shifts with sleep ins
- Outreach support during days and evenings
- 12-hour shifts
- Waking night shifts
- Wake and watch safeguarding shifts
- Weekday and weekend availability
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a care or support role (essential)
- A genuine passion for supporting young people
- Good communication skills and a calm approach
- Reliability and emotional resilience
