Responsibilities
- Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently across various routes.
- Ensure timely delivery and collection of containers and trailers.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients.
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of service quality.
Qualifications
- Valid & Clean HGV Class 1 license.
- Valid & in date CPC
- Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly with container or trailer deliveries.
- Strong knowledge of UK road regulations.
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various schedules as needed.
- Prior experience with flatbed trailers is advantageous.
Opportunities available for day drivers, trampers and 4-on/4-off rota.
