Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance person to ensure the optimal operation and safety of our home and equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine and complex maintenance tasks, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and implementing repairs that keep our operations running smoothly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the continuous improvement of our facilities.
Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and all of the home
- Painting
- General plumbing and electrics
- Small amount of plastering
- Gardening
- General property maintenance
Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance roles preferred
Pay: £12.71-£13.25 per hour
