Bathroom Design & Sales Executive
Location: Team Valley, Gateshead
Hours: Full‑time, 37.5 hours
Salary: Competitive (DOE)
About the Role
Inspira Bathrooms is looking for a motivated Bathroom Design & Sales Executive to join our busy showroom team. You’ll guide customers through the full design and sales process, helping them create their ideal bathroom while delivering exceptional service from first visit to final installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their needs
- Create bespoke bathroom designs and advise on products and budgets
- Carry out home measures and manage projects through to completion
- Follow up leads and convert enquiries into sales
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends
- Build lasting relationships with retail and trade customers
About You
- Experience in retail sales or home‑improvement/bathroom sales
- Strong customer‑service and communication skills
- Confident influencing decisions and handling objections
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a small, friendly, informal environment
- Competent with Microsoft Office; design software experience is a bonus
- Full clean driving license

Working Hours
37.5 hours across 5 days, including Saturdays with a weekday and Sunday off
Showroom hours: Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Sat 9am–4pm, Sun closed.
