Site Manager
An opportunity has arisen at Woodstone Primary School for a reliable and flexible part time Site Manager to join our team.
Permanent 25 hours per week
Monday - Friday
We are a friendly and welcoming school located in Ravenstone, a small village in the heart of the National Forest. We are seeking to appoint a Site Manager to join our dedicated team and take responsibility for the effective management of our school premises and grounds.
The successful candidate will oversee the provision of high-quality, cost-effective maintenance, security and cleaning services, ensuring that all buildings and outdoor areas are safe, secure, clean, and well maintained. This role is vital in creating a comfortable and positive environment for students, staff, and visitors, enabling them to work, learn and make full use of the school's facilities.
Start date: ASAP
Salary: Grade 8 Point 15 - 18
Actual salary £19,327, £14.82 per hour (£28,605 FTE) at point 15 (Pay award pending)
52 weeks per year - permanent contract
25 days Annual Leave
