This is an exciting opportunity for either an RGN or RMN who is passionate about recovery-focused care and wants to develop specialist skills within eating disorder rehabilitation.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to adults receiving specialist eating disorder rehabilitation.
You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to support residents throughout their recovery journey, promoting both physical and psychological wellbeing while delivering evidence-based care in line with current best practice, including MEED guidance.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Monitor physical health, including observations, weight, hydration and nutritional status.
- Recognise and respond to medical complications associated with eating disorders.
- Complete mental health assessments and monitor emotional wellbeing.
- Safely administer and monitor medication.
- Provide therapeutic meal support and promote positive recovery.
- Build trusting therapeutic relationships with residents and their families.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation.
- Support risk management, safeguarding and incident reporting.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement and clinical audits.
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with current NMC registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, recovery-focused approach to nursing.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Sound clinical judgement and decision-making skills.
- Ability to assess changing physical and mental health needs.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
Desirable
- Experience within eating disorder services.
- Experience in mental health, rehabilitation or inpatient care.
- Knowledge of nutritional rehabilitation and therapeutic meal support.
- Training in safeguarding, trauma-informed care or de-escalation techniques.
- Experience facilitating therapeutic groups.
