Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic sales executive to join our team in a mobile phone shop. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented and have the ability to generate sales by providing great customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in-person and over the phone
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Demonstrate product knowledge and benefits to potential customers
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Process cash and card payments using POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in sales/customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS system
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Customer-oriented personality
- Familiarity with mobile phone technologies and trends
