Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in accordance with safety regulations and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using hand tools and power tools, diagnosing faults accurately.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical components to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to carry out installations or repairs effectively.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety legislation, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to complete tasks efficiently within deadlines.
- Document work performed and report any issues or anomalies to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrician with a solid understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, as well as power tools including drills and saws.
- Demonstrable electrical experience with the ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately.
- Valid electrical licence or certification recognised by local regulatory bodies is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in troubleshooting complex electrical issues.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy equipment and working at heights if required.

Pay: £220.00-£250.00 per day
