We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and versatile General Maintenance & Trade Support Operative to join our growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role that involves supporting multiple areas of the business, including trade assistance, deliveries, equipment installation, and property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist skilled tradespeople, including joiners and other contractors, with a variety of projects.
Carry out heavy lifting and manual handling as part of daily duties.
Deliver orders and supplies to salons using a company van.
Retube, install, and remove sunbeds at customer locations.
Undertake basic general maintenance and repair tasks.
Support the upkeep and maintenance of our additional property portfolio, including minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
Essential Requirements
Experience supporting a range of trades, such as joinery, maintenance, or construction.
Practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Hours of work are 6am to 3pm.
Desirable Skills
Previous van driving experience.
Experience in property maintenance.
Experience installing or maintaining equipment (training on sunbed retubing and installation will be provided)
Full UK driving licence.
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
