From humble beginnings in Dartmouth, Ribeye has built a global reputation as the RIB tender specialist, proudly delivering tenders to some of the most iconic superyacht fleets in the world.
Now approaching 30 years, we remain a family-run, award-winning business known for quality, performance and the best levels of support in the industry. As our superyacht projects continue to grow ranging from 5-14m, we are looking for a talented individual to join the crew.
We’re seeking a Quality Controller who sets the standard and never lets it slip. Someone with a sharp eye, high expectations and the confidence to hold the line.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring every tender leaving Ribeye meets the level expected in the superyacht world.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading quality control across builds and fit-out
- Carrying out detailed inspections at every stage
- Setting and maintaining QC processes and documentation
- Working closely with production teams to drive standards
What we’re looking for
- A passion for marine, superyacht or high-end manufacturing
- Exceptional eye for detail and finish
- Strong technical understanding (mechanical/electrical)
- Confident, decisive and quality-driven
- Pride in delivering things properly
Experience within the superyacht or marine world is preferred, but not essential.
We’re equally interested in people who are genuinely passionate about boats or engineering, with a strong understanding of how things should be built and finished to a high standard.
