Duties
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and administrative tasks
- Supervise staff performance through coaching, training, and regular feedback sessions
- Oversee hiring processes, onboarding new employees, and scheduling shifts to optimize coverage
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and sales potential
- Monitor store compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and organizational procedures

- Proven management experience in retail or a related field with supervisory responsibilities
