Full job description

These will mainly be responsible for the following tasks-

Supervise daily takeaway and delivery operations, ensuring timely order preparation and
service efficiency.
Plan staff schedules, allocate duties, and oversee performance to maintain high

operational standards.or waste.satisfaction.profitability.

Monitor stock levels, place supplier orders, and manage inventory to prevent shortages
Enforce food safety, hygiene, and health regulations in compliance with UK legislation.
Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally to uphold
Assist in cost control, budgeting, and implementing measures to improve business

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£31,600.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Birmingham B29 5QH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

Manager/supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
