We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Invoice Controller to join our Regional Service team in Cannock. This is a key role responsible for ensuring jobs are invoiced accurately and efficiently, supporting revenue generation, resolving billing queries and delivering an excellent experience for both internal and external customers.
In this role, you will:
- Accurately invoice and close completed jobs, ensuring revenue is captured and targets are achieved.
- Review and validate labour, parts and other costs to ensure accurate customer billing.
- Resolve invoice queries and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the achievement of business KPIs and SLAs through efficient processing and problem-solving.
- Deliver excellent service to internal and external customers while working collaboratively with colleagues.
What will help you to excel in this role:
- Experience working in an administrative, invoicing, finance or customer service environment where accuracy is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths, or a relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification.
