Job description:
This is a diverse role with a variety of responsibilities to help in the smooth running of Lamberts’ workwear department.
We are seeking a creative and organised individual looking to develop and gain new skills. This role is ideal for somebody who likes variety as you will be expected to carry out a range of tasks within the team, particularly during times of staff absences and holidays.
You will be trained to use the embroidery machine and heat press so you can produce embellished garments for our customers.
You will work under the supervision of line management but will also be expected to work under your own initiative. It is important you can manage to your own workload and prioritise accordingly.
Most importantly, we are looking for a friendly individual who will fit in with our small team.

· Proficient experience of using a computer (especially Word, Excel and Email)

Full-time
Mon-Fri 8.00am-16.30pm (30 mins unpaid lunch)
Holiday
16 days flexible, 4 days Christmas shutdown + Bank Holidays

Essential
· Proficient experience of using a computer (especially Word, Excel and Email)
· Previous customer service experience
· Excellent telephone manner
· Both Numeracy and English GCSE Grade C (or above)
· Smart and well presented
· Team player
Desirable
· The ability to use graphic design packages
· Sewing and fabric knowledge
· Workwear and PPE product knowledge
