Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Front of House to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests, serving beverages, and ensuring that all patrons have an exceptional experience.
Pay: £13 per hour + service charge (depending on experience).
Hours: 30 - 35 available
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service at all times
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilising basic math skills to manage tabs and process payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests
