Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Painters for new build projects to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings accurately using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Follow project specifications and safety guidelines meticulously to achieve desired finishes
- Collaborate with team members and site managers to coordinate work schedules and meet deadlines
- Inspect completed work for quality control, touch up imperfections as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and challenges
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction painting or related fields is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is highly desirable for site access
- Ability to operate basic painting tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Strong communication skills in English for clear understanding of instructions and safety protocols
- Basic knowledge of construction site safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor
- Good teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning and problem-solving
