JNE Bathrooms is a family-run bathroom renovation company, delivering high-quality bathrooms across Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham and the surrounding areas. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Installations Coordinator to help keep our projects running smoothly from start to finish.
This is a varied role combining office-based administration with visiting customers and installation teams on-site. You'll play a key role in ensuring every project is well organised and every customer receives an excellent experience.
What you'll be doing...
As our Installations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of our installation projects, including:
- Coordinating bathroom installation schedules
- Booking customer appointments and site visits
- Visiting customers and installation sites when required
- Liaising with customers, installers and suppliers
- Preparing and processing finance documentation
- Collecting completion photos and project documentation
- Managing job files and paperwork
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails
- Updating internal systems and customer records
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the business
- Helping ensure installations run smoothly and on schedule
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Friendly, professional and confident communicating with customers
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive with a positive attitude and willingness to help
- Comfortable working both in the office and out on-site
- Competent using Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Holds a full UK driving licence
Experience
Previous experience in administration, customer service, project coordination or the home improvement/construction industry would be advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right person.
