We’re looking for an experienced, talented, and food-loving Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. You’ll assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and step up when they're away. Both our lunch and dinner services regularly exceed 200 covers, so we're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you’re passionate about fresh, honest cooking, love working with seasonal ingredients, and are eager to grow in a bustling kitchen, this is the role for you!
