We're now looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across BMW, MINI, and Jaguar Land Rover, helping to drive commercial success, strengthen customer relationships, and maintain the exceptional standards associated with these market-leading brands. We're looking for a marketing leader who combines commercial thinking with a collaborative approach. Someone who enjoys developing people, building strong relationships, and rolling their sleeves up to help the team succeed.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating marketing activity across the BMW, MINI, and Jaguar Land Rover franchises.
Working closely with dealership management teams, manufacturer partners, and our in-house Digital, Content and Design specialists, you'll ensure campaigns are commercially effective, aligned with manufacturer standards, and delivered to the highest quality.
You'll also lead and develop a small team, creating a positive environment where people feel supported, challenged, and able to do their best work.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans supporting New Car, Used Car and Aftersales objectives.

Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, content, events and traditional marketing.

Manage budgets to maximise ROI and marketing effectiveness.

Partner with Heads of Business and dealership leaders to align marketing with operational priorities.

Coach, support and develop team members through feedback and performance management.

Build strong relationships with BMW, MINI and JLR marketing teams, ensuring brand compliance.

Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement and market trends, using data to improve outcomes.

Support retention and lead nurturing through CRM activity and customer journey development.

Manage agency, partner and supplier relationships.

Deliver accurate reporting, analysis and performance tracking.

Identify opportunities to improve market performance, customer experience and commercial results.

Keep stakeholders informed of campaign plans, activity and results.
