Health Care Assistants required for Day and Nights.
Experienced Health Care Assistants to support our 25 bedded Residential/Hotel Care Home residents providing 24 hours a day seven days a week.
As a Health Care Assistant, you will be essential in delivering compassionate support to individuals in care homes or through home care services. Reporting to the Head of Care, your role involves assisting with daily living activities, implementing care plans, and ensuring the well-being of clients. Core skills in communication and IT will enhance your ability to connect with clients and document their needs effectively.
Experience is preferred, along with flexibility and appropriate qualifications with a view to progression. Training will be provided both face to face and Online.
DBS required, which will be paid for by Tregolls Manor Care Home.
Uniform Provided
Meal whilst on duty provided.
Overtime is paid £3 in addition to the hourly rate.
28 days Annual leave plus additional annual leave for loyalty to the company.
