Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of service, food safety, and cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities, including serving, reservations, and guest relations
- Lead and motivate a team of hospitality staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure food preparation and food production meet quality standards and safety regulations
- Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of dining areas to create an inviting atmosphere
- Monitor food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations across all front-of-house operations
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to develop a high-performing team
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards including serving and barista experience is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production and service
- Previous hotel or culinary experience is advantageous but not required

Pay: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
