Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Case Maker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality cases using various tools and materials, ensuring each product meets our standards for durability and precision. Duties
- Assemble cases by following detailed specifications and blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, and measuring tapes to accurately construct each piece.
- Operate power tools safely and efficiently to expedite the assembly process while maintaining safety standards.
- Inspect completed cases for defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as needed to meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency during production.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and troubleshoot any assembly issues promptly.
- Document completed work and report any equipment malfunctions or material shortages to supervisors.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience working with hand tools and power tools.
- Prior assembly experience, preferably within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift comfortably.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in mechanical work are advantageous.
