Chef De Partie - Full Time, 5 days over 7, possibly 4 days over 7. Flexible working schedule. This role would suit a strong Commis/ Senior Commis Chef, with a strong knowledge of larder section and preferably desserts, although training will be provided. Live In Avaiable
Ideal candidate must be a fun loving go getter, that works well under pressure. Plenty of room for progression and input in the menu and become part of the family team.
You will receive training , gratuities, meals on duty with end of shift beers on big days.
