Duties
- Operate various sewing machines to assemble, repair, and finish textile products with precision and consistency
- Follow detailed work instructions and patterns to ensure accurate stitching and product specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and durability, making adjustments as needed
- Maintain sewing equipment by performing routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high standards of quality
- Ensure a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency during operations
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors of material needs
Requirements
- Proven experience operating sewing machines in a manufacturing or textile environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce consistent, high-quality work
- Basic knowledge of textile materials and sewing techniques
- Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory handling and logistics processes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving production needs
