Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and needs.
- Provide tailored financial advice and solutions to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Regularly review client portfolios to identify opportunities for additional services or products.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and preferences using organisational tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulatory changes affecting client portfolios.
- Assist in organising client events or seminars to enhance engagement and trust.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for BJS Building Supplies across construction, civil engineering, and property development sectors.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients including house builders, main contractors, groundwork companies, and property developers in the East Midlands.
- Conduct cold outreach, and leverage industry contacts to generate new leads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective client requirements.
- Develop partnerships and referral relationships with complementary businesses such as plant hire companies, scaffolding firms, and construction consultancies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience or interest in the financial services sector is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic mathematical skills to accurately assess financial data and perform calculations.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.

Pay: £44,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
