Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Executive to join our team in West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships within the financial services sector, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty. Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with their financial objectives
- Utilise systems to track client interactions, update records, and generate reports for management
- Analyse client data to identify opportunities for the business
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and support
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly
- Prepare detailed reports on client activity, feedback, and potential areas for growth
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting clients’ financial portfolios
Experience
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Executive or similar role within the financial services sector
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport easily
- Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of financial products, services, and relevant compliance standards is desirable but not essential

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
