As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to help lead our Rugby kitchen and support the team in delivering exceptional food every single day.

The Role
As Assistant Kitchen Manager, you'll work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly, efficiently and consistently.
Operational Leadership
- Support the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Ensure food is prepared and served to Libertine Burger standards
- Help maintain speed, consistency and quality during busy service periods
Team Development
- Lead by example and help motivate the kitchen team
- Assist with training and developing new and existing team members
- Create a positive, high-performing kitchen culture
Commercial Awareness
- Assist with stock management and ordering
- Help minimise waste and maximise efficiency
- Understand the importance of labour and food cost controls
Quality & Compliance
- Maintain exceptional food safety and hygiene standards
- Ensure all food is prepared using the best ingredients and correct procedures
- Support compliance with company policies and health & safety requirements

Previous supervisory or kitchen management experience is preferred, but attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important.

Pay: £10.85-£13.20 per hour

Experience:
