This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll work within a collaborative team, helping courts efficiently through innovative technology. Some key responsibilities are:

Supporting video hearings and digital collaboration tools
- Managing and monitoring live video links and recordings
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing expert user support
- Recording, editing and redacting commission evidence
- Creating user guidance and improving service delivery
- Working closely with judiciary, legal professionals and colleagues across Scotland
