What you’ll be doing
An opportunity has arisen for a 3D & Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This is a rare opportunity to mix creativity and technical flair in a busy commercial environment.
Working as part of our graphics team, and alongside our project management and commercial teams, you’ll help us impress a wide range of blue-chip clients with beautiful 3D visualisations of our technical proposals.
Once the work is won, your role includes opportunities for design and creation of event content and print artwork, and some post-production tasks where necessary.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Visualisation of forthcoming events using Cinema 4D and/or Blender, plus asset creation in Adobe CC. Output includes still renders, fly-through animations and VR environments where necessary
- Assisting our Project Managers with event proposal designs and concepts
- Design and creation of animated content using Adobe CC and Cinema 4D/Blender
- Design and preparation of large format print artwork, including liaising with print suppliers to arrange production and delivery of printed goods
- Perform video editing and conversion tasks
- Design and creation of PowerPoint and Keynote presentations
- Liaise directly with clients on certain projects
What you’ll need to do it:
Creativity, an eye for design, and passion will stand you out just as much as existing technical skill with software.
The successful candidate will need to have a good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro, as well as knowledge of 3D software such as Maxon’s Cinema 4D or similar.
As this role is varied, it is not expected that applicants will have prior experience with all the software stated. Training will be given as necessary.

- Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Windows and/or Mac systems
- Be comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Have an interest in live event production
The small print:
- This is a permanent full time post commencing as soon as possible.
- There is a probation period of six months.
- This is a full-time post with occasional evening and weekend working, for which overtime/lieu time will be paid.
- Basic hours of work are normally 08:30-17:00 with a 30 minute lunch break.
- Salary for this post is dependent on experience and on completion of probation.
- The holiday leave year runs from 1 January to 31 December. Holiday entitlement for full-time employees is 23 days per annum, including three days between Christmas and New Year, plus bank holidays.
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
